SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to ship your items within 1-3 business days for in stock items. If we expect a delay, we will reach out to you. If the item is out of stock, it will be indicated on the item page. Please note the shipping times begin once they leave our facility. For example, if you buy an item and select expedited (2-3 day) shipping, and we ship it 2 days after you purchase it, the item should arrive 4-5 days after the initial purchase date.

Custom orders will ship no later than 1-2 weeks after order processing, however our normal turnaround time is 2-5 business days. For group orders please contact us for a completion date estimate if you are working under a tight deadline. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns on non-custom items only, unless we deviated from your custom order instructions (i.e. misspelled a name, etc). For our non-custom items, returns are accepted for defected products if the item is unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. If you would like to return an item, please contact us with your order number and we will email you a return label. Payment refund will be initiated immediately once we receive the item back.
